Checklist to Expedite Drop-off:

  1. Remember to remove items that you use daily!
    • House keys from key ring.
    • Garage door openers.
    • “Fast Track” devices for toll crossing.
    • Parking permits.
    • Cell phone adapters and cell phones.
  2. We respect our customers’ preferences and privacy. Please provide us with lists of pre-stored radio stations and anti-theft codes. Your radio code and stations may be lost during the repair process as it may be necessary to disconnect your battery.
  3. Provide us with all necessary keys and alarm remotes for locked items such as; wheel locks, spare tire locks, roof rack locks etc. We require your master key; a valet key will not allow us access to your trunk or glove compartment in the event that repairs require this.

In the Event of an Accident

An accident is defined as an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, or damage.

In today’s environment we all have busy hectic schedules. The last thing any of us needs is to spend countless hours rectifying an accident. Normally one phone call to your insurance company is all that is needed to proceed with repairing the property damage resulting from an accident.

Voss Collision Centre staff will negotiate with your insurance company, on your behalf, if any additional damaged is disclosed during the course of repairs.

Our staff will be happy to set up a reservation for a rental vehicle at your request and pass on any rental discounts when available.
